- Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage and analyze financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and legal guidelines.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team. Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms.
- Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes. Managing accounts department independently with good communication skills and correspondence.
-  Handle all accounting work up to finalisation with thorough knowledge of taxation-Income tax, GST. · Filing of GST / TDS/ Income Returns. Knowledge in depth is mandatory.
- Monitor financial performance indicators. Oversee tax planning and compliance. Design and generate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Lead the accounts finalization process, ensuring timely and accurate closure of financial statements. Manage reconciliation of financial records, including bank statements, ledgers, and intercompany transactions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and improve financial reporting processes.
- Manage company investments and assets. Implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial risk management. Work closely with other departments to optimize financial performance.
