Velox Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, conduct product briefings, and convert prospects into paying customers. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, especially in software or cybersecurity domains.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos
  • Explain product benefits and plans in a clear, persuasive manner
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
  • Maintain CRM records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams for seamless lead conversion
  • Assist in proposal generation and quotation handling
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with CRM tools and lead handling software
  • Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with IT/software sales is a plus
