Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing cybersecurity/IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel Distributors and partners to drive revenue growth and market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, and Cybersecurity/IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and system integrators
- Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners to expand market reach
- Drive partner-led sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner success
- Conduct partner training sessions on products, solutions, and sales strategies
- Create and execute joint business plans with key partners
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting and forecasts
- Support partners in deal registration, negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the cybersecurity/IT space
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or IT solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience working with MSPs, VARs, VADs or system integrators
