About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2–3 years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise and medium-to-large enterprise clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our cybersecurity and IT solutions portfolio in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Enterprise and Medium-to-Large Enterprise segments
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CISO, IT Heads, and decision-makers
- Promote and sell Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Endpoint Security, Network Security, SIEM, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.) and IT services
- Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams to design customer-specific solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and RFP/RFI responses
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting in CRM systems
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity & IT solutions like (EDR, DLP, SIEM, SOAR etc)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven with strong business acumen.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling Enterprise & Large Enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), and managed services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
