We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Cybersecurity and IT Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise client portfolio.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Identify & develop new business opportunities in Enterprise and Medium-to-Large Enterprise segments

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting to deal closure

Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers

Promote Cybersecurity solutions (EDR, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)

Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams for customized solutions

Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets

Maintain pipeline tracking and forecasting via CRM
🔹 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity & IT solutions

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Experience handling enterprise sales cycles

CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Target-driven with strong business acumen

Proven track record in enterprise account management

Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP & managed services

MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
📈 KPIs: Revenue growth, new client acquisition, pipeline expansion, deal closure rate, customer retention & upselling.
