We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Cybersecurity and IT Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise client portfolio.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities in Enterprise and Medium-to-Large Enterprise segments

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting to deal closure

  • Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers

  • Promote Cybersecurity solutions (EDR, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)

  • Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams for customized solutions

  • Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets

  • Maintain pipeline tracking and forecasting via CRM

🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity & IT solutions

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Experience handling enterprise sales cycles

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Target-driven with strong business acumen

🔹 Preferred

  • Proven track record in enterprise account management

  • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP & managed services

  • MBA (preferred, not mandatory)

📈 KPIs: Revenue growth, new client acquisition, pipeline expansion, deal closure rate, customer retention & upselling.
