Velox Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, conduct product briefings, and convert prospects into paying customers. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, especially in software or cybersecurity domains.

Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Qualify prospects and schedule product demos

Explain product benefits and plans in a clear, persuasive manner

Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships

Maintain CRM records of client interactions and follow-ups

Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams for seamless lead conversion

Assist in proposal generation and quotation handling

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience with CRM tools and lead handling software

Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset

Familiarity with IT/software sales is a plus
