Description
Velox Solutions is looking for a diligent and analytical Commercial Executive to support the commercial and financial operations of the company. This role involves handling client quotations, pricing analysis, billing, vendor coordination, and supporting overall contract and revenue management processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial documentation
- Analyze vendor and client pricing to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and finance teams for proposal finalization
- Maintain databases of rate contracts, purchase orders, and agreements
- Assist in billing, invoice follow-ups, and payment reconciliation
- Review contract terms and ensure commercial compliance
- Support audits and internal reviews with accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial or finance role (preferably IT/Services)
- Proficient in Excel, quotation tools, and commercial documentation
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing systems, and contract terms
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
