๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues

Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause of problems

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions via phone and email
-
Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., developers, network team)
-
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all issues
-
Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets efficiently
-
Prepare timely reports and document technical knowledge
-
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients
Senior Support Engineer
Requirements:
-
Communicate and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings
-
Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL or similar databases
-
Experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS
-
Ability to install, configure, and deploy applications
-
Network troubleshooting experience
-
Attend client meetings to analyze and diagnose software issues
-
Track system issues and ensure resolution within agreed timelines
-
Strong understanding of customer challenges and product solutions
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
๐ Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Technician, or similar role
-
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments
-
Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or related technologies (a plus)
