Description
Velox Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, conduct product briefings, and convert prospects into paying customers. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, especially in software or cybersecurity domains.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos
- Explain product benefits and plans in a clear, persuasive manner
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams for seamless lead conversion
- Assist in proposal generation and quotation handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with CRM tools and lead handling software
- Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with IT/software sales is a plus
