Description
Velox Solutions is seeking an energetic and target-driven Territory Incharge to manage sales and distribution across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing dealer/partner networks, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations within a defined geographic area
- Identify and onboard new partners, distributors, and resellers
- Achieve sales targets through field visits and partner coordination
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Monitor stock levels, order execution, and product availability
- Provide product training and promotional material to channel partners
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Submit daily/weekly reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in regional or field sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Knowledge of IT/software or cybersecurity industry is preferred
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
