Velox Solutions is seeking an energetic and target-driven Territory Incharge to manage sales and distribution across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing dealer/partner networks, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales operations within a defined geographic area
  • Identify and onboard new partners, distributors, and resellers
  • Achieve sales targets through field visits and partner coordination
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
  • Monitor stock levels, order execution, and product availability
  • Provide product training and promotional material to channel partners
  • Maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in regional or field sales
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Knowledge of IT/software or cybersecurity industry is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
