Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager (BFSI) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead enterprise sales within the Banking and Financial Services Industry. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth in assigned territories for Velox’s cybersecurity and banking solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional sales strategy for BFSI products and services
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with banks, NBFCs, co-operatives, and financial institutions
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Conduct high-level product presentations and demos
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, tech, and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Represent Velox at industry events, expos, and forums
  • Monitor market trends and competition in the BFSI domain
  • Submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance data
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in BFSI technology, banking software, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enterprise sales targets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Strong BFSI domain knowledge and existing client relationships preferred
  • Willingness to travel across assigned region
