About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales strategy, team management, and client relationship development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular reviews, territory planning, and performance analysis.

  • Handle key client negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
