About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales strategy, team management, and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular reviews, territory planning, and performance analysis.

Handle key client negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
