Description
Velox Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end bidding process for government and private tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable tenders from various portals and sources
- Prepare and submit complete tender documentation (technical and financial)
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents and pricing
- Ensure all tenders are submitted before deadlines and as per guidelines
- Maintain tender records, follow up on submitted bids, and track results
- Liaise with government departments or clients for tender-related queries
- Handle EMD, BG, and online submission platforms (e.g., GeM, MSTC, CPPP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in tendering for IT/Software projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of e-tendering platforms and procurement norms
- Proficiency in MS Office, document formatting, and online submission tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
