Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front-desk responsibilities and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors professionally.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage office supplies, inventory, and stationary orders.

Handle courier dispatch, receiving, and documentation.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room management.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office maintenance.

Manage basic data entry, filing, and documentation work.

Support in organizing office events, celebrations, and meetings.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Polite, confident, and professional behaviour.

Qualifications:

Graduate or HSC with relevant experience preferred.
