A visionary leader and pioneer in the global cyber security landscape, Mangesh brings over two decades of distinguished experience across Information Technology, Cyber Security, and Banking. As the Founder and Managing Director of Velox Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he has been instrumental in shaping the organization into a globally recognized name in advanced cyber security solutions.
Prior to establishing Velox, Mangesh held key leadership roles with renowned organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Zenith, and HDFC Bank, where he contributed extensively in senior management capacities, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Mangesh’s strong academic foundation reflects his commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence. He holds a Professional Doctorate in Information System Management from European International University, Paris, an MBA in Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pune. He has further specialized in Cyber Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, along with multiple professional qualifications including a Diploma in Management from ICFAI and a PG Diploma in Banking Technology from IIBF. Additionally, he has pursued a joint Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and Washington University, reinforcing his global strategic perspective.
Recognized for his leadership and contributions, Mangesh has received several prestigious accolades, including the Fame Time International Award as “Most Promising Business Leader” in Dubai, the ICT Inspiring Business Leader Award, and the Udyogshree Award.
In recognition of his industry expertise and leadership, Mangesh has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Western Region Committee on IT, Cyber Security & Digital Infrastructure at Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), further strengthening his role in shaping India’s digital and cyber security ecosystem.

Additional Expertise includes leading hands-on successful Product & Process Engineering practices which includes Definition, Implementation & Improvements with synergies in areas of ISO, CMMi (Dev and SVC), Agile – Scrum, DMAIC, ISMS, Lean & Agile implementations & Service Management with globally reputed organizations.

Ms. Tejaswi is the Head of Corporate Relations for Velox solutions Pvt Ltd & she is a Director of Velox USA, She is a skilled writer and orator. She has completed her Post Graduation in Accounts from Mumbai University. Tejaswi is also a well-read poetess. She is the key person at Velox for all the process orientation and for the smooth processing for the same.

Deepak G. Shinde (born 25 December 1974) joins Velox Solutions as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him a legacy of over 30 years at the forefront of banking transformation, digital innovation, and large-scale operational leadership.
Blending deep domain expertise with a forward-looking mindset, Deepak has built his career at the intersection of Retail Banking, Financial Technology, and Automation. He is widely recognised for his ability to translate vision into execution—designing, scaling, and optimising banking ecosystems that are both customer-centric and future-ready.
Over the years, he has architected and led the expansion of multiple high-impact banking channels, spanning ATMs, Micro ATMs, Self-Service and Automation platforms, Internet and Mobile Banking, Debit Cards, PoS networks, and integrated payment solutions. His work has consistently focused on enhancing accessibility, driving digital adoption, and delivering seamless banking experiences across diverse customer segments.
His professional journey reflects a rare blend of banking depth and technological acumen. Having held key positions at leading financial institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and Yes Bank, alongside global technology giants like Siemens Nixdorf and Diebold, Deepak brings a holistic perspective on how financial services and technology converge to shape the future of banking.

Mr. Chandrakhekhar is a senior entrepreneurial executive and legal professional with 20+ years of international leadership across cybersecurity, Canadian immigration law, and large-scale hospitality operations. As Vice President – Global Business Operations at Velox Cyber Security Solutions, he leads sales-driven growth, operational architecture, and global P&L management, aligning business strategy with secure, scalable technology delivery.
He specializes in enterprise cybersecurity operations, governance, and compliance, translating regulatory and risk requirements into deployable security frameworks. His role includes oversight of Velox Unified Endpoint Security Management (UESM) and Unified Terminal Security Management (UTSM) solutions—driving adoption across distributed enterprise environments to enhance endpoint visibility, threat detection, automated response, policy enforcement, and rollback-enabled security controls.
With deep expertise in security operations integration, cross-border regulatory compliance, and business scaling, he ensures cybersecurity solutions are audit-ready, performance-driven, and aligned with enterprise risk management objectives. Ms. Pratibha Bajloor is the Associate Vice President – Sales at Velox Solutions, with 6 years of proven leadership experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, and solution-led business development. She plays a key role in driving growth across banking, financial services, and large enterprise segments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, endpoint security, ATM and terminal security, network monitoring, and IT operations solutions.
At Velox Solutions, Pratibha leads high-value engagements involving Unified Endpoint Security & Management (UESM), ScanPlus ATM Security Solutions, SIEM/SOAR, SOC services, ITSM, and Patch Management, working closely with clients, partners, and OEMs to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
